About the Evaluation Office
The best AI PPT makers of 2026 are ranked by the PPT Maker Evaluation Office's annual review of free plans and paid prices, scored on free-plan access, entry paid price, PPTX export terms, and price transparency on each vendor's own pricing page.
Who we are
PPT Maker Evaluation Office is the evaluation desk behind bestaipptmaker.com. The desk publishes one price-focused ranking of AI PPT makers per edition, scored on a single public method. It is an editorial desk, not a reseller, and it does not sell placements on the list.
Who writes the pages
Pages are published under the team name, Editorial team. Individual bylines are not used on this site. Each figure is traced to a vendor pricing page with its capture date, and the trail is written into the page that uses it.
How often we update
Each edition is fixed at its capture date. When a vendor changes a price or a plan, the correction is dated on the affected results page. The current edition is 2026 Price Results, captured 2026-10-17.
What we do not do
We do not claim third-party awards, press coverage, or customer counts. We do not test slide quality in this edition, and we do not publish a price we could not see on a vendor page. Where a field is missing, the page says it is not captured.
Data and privacy
The site loads one analytics script, Umami, from umami.trapilot.ai to count page views. The site has no account system and no comment form. Mail sent to the contact address is read by the editorial desk and is not shared with any vendor on the list.
Related publications
bestaipptmaker.com is part of a network of independent review publications that cover AI presentation tools. The related sites are listed in the footer of every page. These publications do not represent independent confirmations of one another, and a result on one site is not evidence for a result on another.
