Send a correction
Found a price that has changed, a plan that is missing, or a claim that is wrong? Write to the editorial address below with the vendor's pricing URL and the date you saw the figure.
What to include
The product name, the field that is wrong, the value shown on the page today, the vendor URL, and the date you checked. A correction without a URL cannot be verified against the method, so it will not change a score.
What happens next
The editorial desk checks the figure against the vendor page. If the vendor confirms the change, the correction is dated on the affected page and the index is recomputed with the method on the method page. A rejected correction receives a short reason.
What we cannot take
Requests to add a tool, to change a score because of a sponsorship, or to remove a related publication from the footer are not handled as corrections. Placement on the list follows the method alone.
